Misk Auto Detailing provides a conditional, comprehensive installer's voluntary warranty specifically limited to the multi-surface application of Autosmart Hybrid Ceramic Coating across all designated exterior substrates, explicitly encompassing the vehicular painted body panels, exterior glass surfaces, porous and non-porous automotive plastics, trim pieces, and alloy wheel faces. This voluntary warranty strictly guarantees that the applied protective chemical matrix will retain its core hydrophobic particulate-repelling properties and surface gloss under standard operational environments for a maximum duration of up to forty-eight (48) months from the date of initial application.
-
Our goods and services come with statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled: (a) to cancel your service contract with us; and (b) to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
-
To maintain the validity of the voluntary forty-eight (48) month application warranty, the vehicle should undergo a professional Misk Auto Detailing Maintenance Decontamination Clean at our facility at least once every ninety (90) calendar days. A maximum fourteen (14) day grace period applies to this 90-day anniversary window. While failure to meet this maintenance schedule will void the voluntary express warranty offered on the coating's longevity, it does not exclude, restrict, or modify any non-excludable statutory consumer guarantees provided to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
-
This voluntary warranty explicitly excludes any degradation, scratching, or coating failure resulting from factors beyond the direct control of the installer. This encompasses, but is not limited to: automated mechanical brush or touchless chemical car washes; improper home cleaning methods using non-pH-neutral detergents; abrasive detailing clays or compounding compounds; environmental fallout including industrial pollution, acid rain, avian droppings, bat droppings, or organic tree sap left unmitigated on the surfaces for a period exceeding forty-eight (48) hours; and road hazard damage including physical stone chipping, deep scratches piercing the coating barrier, or vehicular accident impacts. Glass durability is subject to wiper blade friction wear and is excluded from standard longevity timelines.
-
The client certifies that they have visually inspected the vehicle alongside the technician and explicitly acknowledges the specific mechanical limitations of their selected surface preparation tier (The Essential, The Resurrect, or The Overhaul). The client understands that the application of a ceramic matrix bonds to and semi-permanently seals the existing state of the clear coat substrate post-correction, and that Misk Auto Detailing bears zero legal or financial liability for any pre-existing paint defects, swirl marks, micro-marring, micro-scratches, or clear coat imperfections that fall outside the documented correction percentage capability of the specific package purchased. The client explicitly agrees that Misk Auto Detailing bears zero legal liability for any pre-existing paint defects, clear coat oxidation, curbed alloy wheels, or compromised interior surfaces documented on the intake form prior to the commencement of detailing operations. The digital video and photographic media captured during the intake inspection will be permanently purged from MISK AUTO DETAILING storage arrays exactly twelve (12) months post-service completion.
-
Modern vehicular platforms feature complex, interconnected low-voltage electrical systems, onboard diagnostic networks, and battery configurations. Misk Auto Detailing executes entirely non-invasive, superficial aesthetic detailing procedures. Except to the extent caused by a failure of Misk Auto Detailing to use due care and skill, the facility is not liable for spontaneous mechanical failures, alternator malfunctions, starting system errors, or auxiliary low-voltage battery depletion occurring during or immediately following standard detailing cycles (such as software faults exacerbated by doors remaining unlatched for standard vacuuming and extraction purposes).
-
Misk Auto Detailing utilises professional-grade, regulated high-pressure washing equipment. The client acknowledges that vehicle body panels bearing pre-existing micro-fractures, stone chips, factory paint thinness, or sub-standard aftermarket paint repairs are highly susceptible to sudden fluid-forced paint lifting and delamination. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Misk Auto Detailing is not liable for any clear coat peeling, paint flaking, or substrate separation arising from hydro-abrasive contact on pre-existing compromised surfaces, which remains an inherent risk borne by the vehicle owner, unless such damage is caused by the negligent or improper operation of equipment by our technicians.
-
The application of interior steam extraction, surface solvents, and mechanical friction presents an inherent operational risk to non-factory, secondary vehicle alterations. Except where damage is caused by a lack of due care and skill, Misk Auto Detailing is not liable for the lifting, bubbling, scratching, or peeling of aftermarket window tint films, exterior vinyl wraps, paint protection films (PPF), or dealer-applied vinyl lettering. It remains the client’s duty to declare any non-hardened or freshly applied films prior to vehicle handover.
-
Modern vehicles utilise exterior radar grids, parking sensors, and optical cameras integrated into bumpers, grilles, and windscreens. The detailing process involves heavy washing and chemical decontamination that can temporarily disrupt uncalibrated or sensitive proximity networks. To the extent permitted by law, and provided Misk Auto Detailing has exercised due care and skill, the facility is not responsible for dashboard warning lights, ADAS sensor calibration faults, or automated driving system errors triggered post-detail, which must be addressed directly via the vehicle’s respective manufacturer dealership.
-
This contract, its voluntary warranty parameters, and all operational agreements executed herein are strictly governed by, interpreted under, and enforced in accordance with the legislative frameworks of the State of Western Australia. If any individual sub-clause, paragraph, or phrase within these comprehensive terms is deemed unenforceable, unlawful, or void by a Western Australian tribunal or court of competent jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be severed immediately without invalidating, weakening, or altering the legal enforceability of the remaining clauses within this agreement.
-
Payment for all services executed by Misk Auto Detailing must be settled in full via approved electronic or cash clearing methods prior to or at the physical moment of vehicular key handover. In accordance with Western Australian common law, Misk Auto Detailing retains a possessory lien over the vehicle and its keys, granting the facility the legal right to retain custody of the property until all outstanding invoices for the contracted work are satisfied entirely. This lien does not apply to uncontracted personal property inside the vehicle, nor does it override your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law in the event of a formal consumer guarantee dispute.
-
Upon receiving notice via SMS or email that detailing services have concluded, the client assumes an immediate administrative obligation to retrieve the vehicle within twenty-four (24) standard business hours. Vehicles remaining on the premises past this 24-hour grace period disrupt shop operations and utilize critical detailing bays. The client explicitly accepts that an unliquidated storage fee of fifty dollars ($50.00 AUD) per calendar day will be automatically assessed, accrued, and added to the final outstanding balance for every subsequent 24-hour period the vehicle occupies workshop floor space, which must be fully settled prior to vehicle release.
-
To prevent vehicular theft and unauthorised asset conversion, Misk Auto Detailing will strictly release the vehicle only to the individual client named in Section 1 of this electronic contract. If a spouse, family member, transport carrier, or third-party proxy is designated to retrieve the vehicle, the primary client must issue a formal, written authorisation via SMS or email specifying the proxy's full legal name. The designated proxy must present a valid Western Australian photo driver’s licence matching that exact description upon arrival. Failure to satisfy this security checkpoint will result in immediate refusal of key handover, with the primary client remaining liable for any subsequent storage delays.
-
The client agrees that in the event of service dissatisfaction or a paint correction dispute, they will immediately notify management at Misk Auto Detailing in writing to grant the facility a fair, reasonable commercial opportunity to inspect, evaluate, and rectify any verified defects or application issues. While nothing in this contract restricts the consumer's right to publish an honest, accurate, and good-faith public review of the services provided, the publication of genuinely false, malicious, or misleading public statements that cause tortious interference or financial harm to the Misk Auto Detailing brand will be handled through appropriate legal channels under the Defamation Act 2005 (WA).
-
Standard package pricing assumes a reasonable baseline of vehicular wear and standard soilage. Misk Auto Detailing reserves the absolute unilateral right to assess a mandatory surcharge fee starting from eighty dollars ($80.00 AUD) and scaling to upwards of three hundred dollars ($300.00+ AUD) for vehicles presenting with heavy biological contamination or extreme environmental degradation. This explicitly includes, but is not limited to: severe pet hair saturation, deep-seated sand or mud encrustation, embedded biological mold, vomit, blood, or excessive unbagged interior rubbish. It remains the strict operational policy of the facility that heavy waste disposal and extensive sanitation cycles necessitate supplementary labour allocations billed at our standard hourly commercial shop rate, which must be fully settled on the final invoice.
-
Misk Auto Detailing operates exclusively as an aesthetic, restorative, and protective service provider and explicitly disclaims all functions as a structural body shop, diagnostic specialist, or automotive paint failure consultant. The client acknowledges that certain vehicle manufacturers suffer documented structural clear-coat delamination, factory paint thinness, or panel vulnerabilities. While the facility utilizes professional digital paint depth gauges to safely evaluate correction boundaries, the client agrees that Misk Auto Detailing assumes zero liability for latent, underlying factory substrate failures, clear-coat degradation, or lacquer checking that manifests, worsens, or becomes visually apparent as a natural result of the paint correction process.
-
The multi-surface application of AutoSmart Hybrid Ceramic Coating relies on uniform chemical bonding to factory-standard automotive surfaces. The client holds a strict duty of disclosure to notify Misk Auto Detailing of any non-factory paintwork, smart-repairs, aftermarket body kits, carbon-fibre additions, or re-sprayed individual panels prior to key handover. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the facility takes zero responsibility for uneven coating curing, accelerated fading, or substrate rejection occurring on non-factory clear coats or uncatalogued panel additions, with all subsequent remedial labour billed at our standard commercial rate.
-
Misk Auto Detailing strictly enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding operational conditions that threaten the physical health, biological safety, or well-being of our technicians. The client holds an absolute duty of disclosure to declare the presence of illicit contraband, sharp objects, uncapped medical syringes, loose prescription narcotics, bodily fluids, or unsecured canine/feline waste prior to vehicle drop-off. Discovery of un-declared hazardous biological material, drug paraphernalia, or aggressive, threatening client behaviour triggers an immediate, unilateral termination of all applied services. In such events, the booking deposit is forfeited entirely to cover safety screening protocols, and the vehicle will be ejected from the workshop facility immediately.
-
The extensive degreasing, deep-cleaning, and high-pressure rinsing of engine bays, undercarriages, and wheel arches can occasionally displace loose grime or temporary sealant patches holding together degraded gaskets, hoses, or radiators. Misk Auto Detailing assumes zero liability for latent mechanical fluid leaks—including oil, coolant, power steering, or brake fluid drops—that manifest or become apparent immediately post-detail. The cleaning process reveals structural issues but does not cause them, and all subsequent mechanical repairs remain the exclusive financial burden of the vehicle owner.
-
Heavy accumulation of mud, road salt, or sub-standard structural filler can temporarily mask severe underlying rust and oxidation on rocker panels, wheel arches, and chassis rails. The client acknowledges that our non-abrasive decontamination and high-pressure chemical wash cycles will naturally strip away these compacted debris layers. Misk Auto Detailing accepts zero liability for brittle rust flakes collapsing, paint bubbling expanding, or structural metal perforation becoming visually exposed during standard washing cycles, as these represent pre-existing vehicular metal rot.
-
Vehicles fitted with non-factory, aftermarket electrical accessories—including uninsulated dashcam wiring, custom ambient LED lighting tracks, non-standard car alarms, or audio subwoofers—pose an elevated risk of short-circuiting when exposed to standard interior vapour-steaming or surface wipe-downs. Misk Auto Detailing takes zero responsibility for aftermarket fuse failure, fried custom modules, or vehicle immobiliser lockouts caused by unstable, DIY, or non-factory spliced wiring networks hidden behind cabin trim panels.
-
MISK AUTO DETAILING is a precision operation requiring highly specific atmospheric and curing environments for optimal ceramic application. The facility accepts zero legal liability for service delays, package cancellations, or extended vehicle retention caused by severe meteorological events, flash flooding, power grid blackouts, or extreme ambient temperatures exceeding operational application safety thresholds. In such events, MISK AUTO DETAILING reserves the right to hold the vehicle in dry storage or reschedule the appointment without penalty or financial exposure for client transit delays.
-
The client acknowledges that motorcycle detailing involves executing operations on exposed mechanical arrays, electrical linkages, suspension stanchions, and drivetrain components. While Misk Auto Detailing exercises extreme professional care utilising industry-approved abrasives and lubricants, the client acknowledges the following inherent substrate risks:
(a) Clear Coat & Graphic Limitations: Motorcycle factory clear coats applied over plastic composite fairings, fuel tanks, and carbon pieces are significantly thinner than standard passenger car panels. Except where caused by a lack of due care and skill, Misk Auto Detailing is not liable for deep scratch remnants that cannot be safely levelled without risking clear coat strike-through, nor for the peeling, lifting, or fraying of fragile factory or aftermarket vinyl decals, pinstripes, or graphical wraps due to mechanical pad friction.
(b) Bare Metal Chemical & Thermal Reactions: Deep polishing of raw aluminium, chrome, stainless steel, and bare alloy surfaces removes heavy oxidation to restore gloss. The client acknowledges that motorcycle components are exposed to extreme operational heat cycles which cause natural metal bluing, structural staining, or pitting. Misk Auto Detailing is not liable for latent sub-surface metal pitting that becomes visible post-polishing, nor for accelerated heat-induced discolouration or bluing that returns to exhaust pipes immediately upon vehicle engine operation post-handover.
(c) Drivetrain Maintenance: Provided that Misk Auto Detailing has executed its processes with due care and skill, the facility is not liable for immediate or latent post-detail mechanical variations, including pre-existing chain slack, master-link structural fatigue, sprocket tooth wear, or clutch engagement anomalies that become apparent post-service. Furthermore, the client accepts that fresh drive-chain lubricants require an immediate chemical curing and settling period post-application; Misk Auto Detailing disclaims liability for subsequent centrifugal grease fling or product sling onto components resulting from immediate high-RPM vehicle operation post-handover.
-
Misk Auto Detailing conducts automotive conditioning procedures out of designated operational zones, which may encompass private residential estates, home workshops, or commercial industrial premises. These environments contain inherent operational hazards—including wet concrete surfaces, chemical surfactant run-off, pressurised water streams, high-voltage electrical cabling, and mechanical machinery. The client agrees to remain strictly within the designated vehicular drop-off and customer reception zones. To the maximum extent permitted under the Civil Liability Act 2002 (WA), Misk Auto Detailing excludes liability for personal injury resulting from a client’s unauthorised entry into unguided workshop bays, private residential boundaries, or restricted machinery enclosures. Nothing in this clause excludes liability for injury resulting directly from the gross negligence or reckless conduct of Misk Auto Detailing or its staff.
-
It remains the primary operational policy of Misk Auto Detailing that all vehicular positioning, driveway manoeuvring, and workshop bay entry be executed solely by our trained technicians post-key handover. In the event that a client explicitly elects, requests, or is directed by text/written terms to personally drive, reverse, or manoeuvre their vehicle anywhere on the facility driveway, access apron, or workshop perimeter, liability for any subsequent damages will be apportioned reasonably according to fault under Western Australian law. The client assumes primary financial responsibility for accidental structural collisions with garage doors, brickwork, detailing machinery, hoisting equipment, or secondary vehicles caused by driver error.
-
The client acknowledges that leaving their vehicle at the MISK AUTO DETAILING facility constitutes a temporary bailment strictly for the purpose of executing the contracted detailing services. While the facility utilises secure, locked overnight storage protocols, vehicles are not covered under the premises' standard structural or commercial contents insurance policies. The client retains sole responsibility for maintaining active comprehensive automotive insurance coverage covering theft, fire, malicious damage, or acts of God while the vehicle is stationed within our workshop boundaries. MISK AUTO DETAILING accepts zero liability for asset losses that fall outside our direct, demonstrable operational negligence.
-
MISK AUTO DETAILING provides transparent, multi-channel payment processing metrics in strict compliance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. The client explicitly acknowledges that electronic transactions executed via credit card, debit card, or mobile digital wallets may incur a nominal merchant processing surcharge fee. In absolute compliance with domestic pricing regulations, any applied transaction fee will strictly represent the direct cost of acceptance incurred by the facility from the financial institution. To avoid hidden component or drip pricing disputes, the client agrees that merchant fees, cash clearing values, and real-time electronic fund transfer balances will be fully accounted for on the final tax invoice.
-
During the physical execution of deep paint correction or chemical decontamination cycles, technicians may uncover hidden, underlying defects requiring non-standard mechanical rectification techniques. In strict compliance with Western Australian trade guidelines, MISK AUTO DETAILING will never execute additional billable services, supplementary paint levelling, or apply unbooked surface protectants without first obtaining explicit, text-based or electronic consent from the primary vehicle owner. The client explicitly accepts that any signed text response or written confirmation approving a revised financial estimate constitutes an active, legally binding contract variation authorising component cost adjustments on the final invoice.
-
In the remote event that a vehicle suffers a catastrophic mechanical failure, starter motor burnout, immobilisation lockout, or terminal engine breakdown while stationed within the boundaries of our facility, Misk Auto Detailing functions strictly as an aesthetic cleaner and bears zero operational capability to repair or transport mechanically disabled assets. Provided that the mechanical breakdown was not caused directly by a failure of Misk Auto Detailing to use due care and skill, all logistical costs associated with third-party roadside assistance call-outs, commercial flatbed towing fees, or emergency dealership transport required to extract a stranded vehicle from our workshop bays remain the financial liability of the vehicle owner.
-
Modern vehicular platforms are frequently outfitted with forward-facing, rear-facing, or cabin-facing digital dashcam recording arrays featuring active audio and video surveillance loops. The client explicitly acknowledges that MISK AUTO DETAILING operates within private facility environments and secure workshop operational bays. To protect proprietary paint correction techniques, trade secret compounding mixtures, and technician workplace privacy rights under applicable state surveillance statutes, the client assumes a strict obligation to completely power down, unplug, or isolate all onboard recording systems prior to key handover. MISK AUTO DETAILING reserves the absolute right to manually disconnect dashcam power leads during detailing operations and accepts zero liability for unrecorded events or system resets occurring during the service window.
-
During extensive interior detailing, steering wheel steam-cleaning, or dashboard rejuvenation cycles, the vehicle’s primary electrical switches, buttons, and auxiliary column stalks will be systematically manipulated. The client acknowledges that vehicles featuring highly modified engine control units (ECUs), aftermarket instrument coding, or unstable custom software maps may experience automatic module lockouts, limp-mode triggers, or accidental parameter resets if low-voltage threshold changes occur. MISK AUTO DETAILING accepts zero financial or diagnostic liability for the loss of custom car tunes, module communication errors, or factory software resets, with all subsequent programming costs borne entirely by the client.
-
The complete execution of paint correction validation, ceramic coating infrared curing simulations, multi-stage interior climate extraction, and movement between active wash bays requires intermittent engine ignition cycles and temporary vehicle idling. MISK AUTO DETAILING handles vehicles purely for local positioning and does not conduct external joyriding or uncatalogued transit. The client explicitly accepts that minor variances in digital fuel level displays or distance-to-empty calculations may manifest due to static workshop idling cycles. Furthermore, if a vehicle presents with a heavily degraded charging system requiring continuous connection to a shop battery tender, a fixed twenty-dollar ($20.00 AUD) hardware maintenance fee will be automatically appended to the final tax invoice.
-
This digital contract - comprising all constituent clauses, sequential operational headers, comprehensive substrate checklists, and time-stamped digital photographic media - constitutes the final, absolute, and entire legal agreement executed between the client and MISK AUTO DETAILING. Save for explicit, electronically authorised contract variations and text-based supplementary service approvals executed under the strict provisions of Clause 28, no verbal assurances, casual text message discussions, or informal handshake modifications provided by any technician or agent shall possess the legal capacity to alter, weaken, or overwrite these written terms. Checking the mandatory electronic acknowledgement box and submitting this form validates this agreement as a supreme legal document, binding both parties unconditionally under the laws of the State of Western Australia.
-
When services are commissioned at a client-designated residential or commercial property, the client assumes an administrative duty to provide safe, unobstructed access to a continuous, regulated mains water source and a compliant, grounded 240V electrical outlet. Provided that Misk Auto Detailing utilises standard, fully compliant and tested commercial hardware, the facility is not liable for sudden plumbing failures, burst outdoor taps, water pressure drops, blown residential fuses, circuit breaker trips, or localised electrical grid blackouts resulting from connecting to the site’s existing utility infrastructure. Furthermore, the client assumes primary financial liability for any municipal council fines, ranger infringements, or third-party traffic liability claims issued if they explicitly request servicing to occur on a public road, shared laneway, or council verge.
-
To execute undercarriage decontamination, multi-stage wheel barrel correction, and lower-body paint levelling, MISK AUTO DETAILING utilises regulated hydraulic scissor hoists, mechanical scissor jacks, and vehicle support stands. In strict accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, MISK AUTO DETAILING maintains comprehensive public liability insurance and provides services with due care and skill. However, the safe elevation of a vehicle relies entirely on the structural integrity of the vehicular frame. The client explicitly warrants that the vehicle's factory-designated jacking points, pinch welds, sill panels, and floor pans are structurally sound and entirely free of hidden rust, internal metal fatigue, brittle aftermarket fibreglass side skirts, or historical sub-standard body filler. MISK AUTO DETAILING accepts zero financial or legal liability for any localised structural buckling, panel crushing, or under-chassis damage arising from jacking contact on pre-existing compromised metal, uncatalogued aftermarket lower body extensions, or hidden factory weld failures, which remain a hidden structural risk borne exclusively by the vehicle owner.
-
Specialised headlight lens restorations executed by Misk Auto Detailing involve multi-stage abrasive wet-sanding followed by the precise chemical application of a 2K polyurethane clear coat containing built-in chemical hardeners to provide permanent UV resistance. The client explicitly acknowledges that factory poly-carbonate headlight assemblies may have experienced deep, microscopic structural UV dry-rot, internal heat cracking, or prior unrecorded aftermarket chemical treatments. While Misk Auto Detailing takes extensive precautions—including multi-layer protective masking around adjoining body panels—and applies full professional care and skill, the facility is not liable for: (a) latent sub-surface lens cracking or factory plastic "crazing" that expands during solvent flash cycles due to pre-existing structural metal/plastic breakdown; (b) unexpected chemical cross-reactions or adhesion rejection caused by hidden historical polymer treatments; or (c) minor microscopic airborne particulate settling occurring during the fast aerosol curing phase, with all subsequent lens replacement costs borne by the vehicle owner unless caused by professional negligence.
-
To guarantee the structural safety, theft prevention, and internal tracking of high-value client assets left in our bailment, the facility utilising MISK AUTO DETAILING operational zones is protected by a continuous, active Reolink 4K ultra-high-definition 8-megapixel multi-camera network video recording (NVR) surveillance system alongside specialised garage motion sensors, passive infrared alarms, and automated dusk-to-dawn outdoor perimeter sensor lighting arrays. The client explicitly acknowledges, consents to, and authorises the continuous digital recording of their physical likeness, vehicle, interior/exterior sub-components, and actions while entering, exiting, or occupying the facility boundaries. This data is collected strictly for mutual insurance validation, liability verification, and asset security purposes. All recorded digital media remains the exclusive corporate property of MISK AUTO DETAILING and will be securely archived locally, functioning as absolute evidence in the event of an unliquidated property dispute, accidental structural impact, or bad-faith contract breach.
-
The chemical and mechanical restoration of poly-carbonate lenses executed by MISK AUTO DETAILING is strictly designed to eliminate external oxidation, yellowing, and surface cloudiness to improve optical clarity. The client explicitly acknowledges that headlight luminous intensity and beam geometric alignment are dictated by internal components - including factory bulb condition, reflective chrome housing degradation, internal dust accumulation, and ageing projector lens modules. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MISK AUTO DETAILING accepts zero liability for post-service roadworthy compliance failures, poor nighttime visibility, or inadequate photometric lux output arising from pre-existing internal module degradation that falls outside the boundaries of external clear coat restoration.
-
To properly level severely degraded poly-carbonate, the technician must execute aggressive multi-stage mechanical or manual wet-sanding procedures. The client acknowledges that this material levelling process will naturally flatten, smooth, and permanently erase any factory-embossed exterior plastic lettering—including Department of Transport (DOT) structural codes, manufacturer batch serial numbers, and alignment nipples moulded onto the exterior lens face. MISK AUTO DETAILING takes zero responsibility for the loss of these superficial plastic markings, which is a structural necessity to achieve optical clarity and proper 2K clear coat adhesion.
-
To complete extensive wheel barrel correction and comprehensive 360-degree ceramic matrix applications, Misk Auto Detailing systematically unbolts and removes the vehicle's alloy wheel assemblies utilising specialised mechanical leverage tools. The client explicitly warrants that all wheel hub threads, lug nuts, locking bolts, and structural stud interfaces are factory-standard, free of hidden cross-threading, and completely uncompromised by prior sub-standard mechanical servicing. Following coating validation, wheels are re-mounted and calibrated strictly to factory torque specifications utilising digital torque wrenches. Misk Auto Detailing provides this wheel-mounting service with due care and skill. Except to the extent caused by direct operational negligence or improper mechanical tightening by our technicians, the facility is not liable for immediate or latent thread stripping or stud shearing arising from pre-existing metal fatigue or historical over-tightening by third-party facilities. It remains a recommended safety practice for the vehicle owner to complete a physical wheel lug torque re-check within fifty (50) kilometres of workshop exit.
